ELIGIBILITY:No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Employees of Sponsor and their families are not eligible. Void where
prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: The entrant must (1) follow the Sponsor’s Twitter account at http://twitter.com/istylistapp from their own account, and (2) post a status update as displayed on http://stylerdesign.com/products/istylist/contest.
This promotion begins at 12 PM EDT on September 9, 2009 and ends at
11:59 PM EDT on September 23, 2009. For the duration of the promotion,
the Entrant's twitter updates must not be protected.
PRIZE:
The prize is a brand new 64GB iPod touch with a retail value of $399
USD (“Prize”). We will ship the Prize to the winner within 30 days of
the promotion closing date. The winner is responsible for any taxes
associated with receipt of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if
the Prize is not available for any reason.
SELECTION OF
WINNER: One winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
The Sponsor will notify the winner from the Sponsor’s Twitter account.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days, otherwise he or she will
forfeit the Prize and another winner will be randomly chosen.
RELEASE:
By participating in the Promotion all entrants agree, and by accepting
prize(s), winner(s) agree(s), to release and hold harmless Sponsor and
their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers,
agents and employees from any and all liability, loss or damage
incurred by participating in this Promotion and/or the awarding,
